WAVES FEATURES 125+ VENDORS WORKING IN THE WORLD OF VINTAGE, INCLUDING RETAILERS, ARTIST AND DESIGNER CRAFTSPEOPLE USING REWORKED VINTAGE MATERIALS, AND THOSE WHOSE WORK IS ROOTED IN NOSTALGIA.

WAVES takes place indoors in the Gateway Pavilion at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco, on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 11am to 6pm.

WAVES is open to retailers and curators of vintage clothing, housewares, and objects. Those using reworked vintage materials in their craft, and artist and designer craftspeople whose work celebrates nostalgia are also welcome.
The WCC jury considers many things when discussing WAVES applications: curation, aesthetics, branding, website design, and price point. WCC looks for ethical practices in every stage of the procurement and/or design and production of all work, and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive roster of vendors.

• 10’x10’ booths are $425
• Shared 10’x10’ booths are $225 per vendor*
• 6’x10’ booths are $325**
• Shared 6’x10’ booths are $175 per vendor
• Outside food vendor spaces are $425
If accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to pay for your booth fee. Payment is required within 48 hours of your acceptance. If WCC does not receive payment within 48 hours, your spot will be passed on to the next applicant.
*WCC does not pair vendors.
**6’x10’ booths are 10’ wide and 6’ deep. -
The booth fee covers your booth space. Tables, chairs, and rolling racks are the responsibility of the vendor and are not available to rent. Access to electricity is limited and must be coordinated with WCC in advance. WiFi is available through the Fort Mason network at an additional cost.

Yes, there is a $15 non-refundable application fee due when submitting your application. Applications submitted without an application fee will not be considered.

You will hear the status of your application within one month of applying.

Applications are rolling, so apply early for your best chance of acceptance.

Yes, all vendors must reapply. In order to keep WCC diverse and a source of new designers and craftspeople, WCC seeks to maintain a balance between veteran vendors and new vendors looking to participate.

Yes, you may share a booth with one other vendor. Both applicants must apply at the same time in order for either application to be considered. The two applications are juried as a whole, and the results of the jurying will be the same for both vendors.
PLEASE NOTE: West Coast Craft does not pair vendors.

No, WCC accepts vendors whose work exemplifies the ethos of the West Coast regardless of where they are from.

WCC takes place inside the Gateway Pavilion at Fort Mason Center, a two-story venue with an elevator to the second floor. There are two accessible parking spaces near the entrance of the venue.
